At BY FAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original branded box and dust bag, ensuring the security tag remains attached, and securely seal the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your portal confirmation to the outside of the package and drop it off at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
